Welcome to Sekhar Albums. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Product Personalization & Accuracy
Many of our items, including Photo Frames and Custom Gifts, are personalized based on the photos and details you provide. You are entirely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of names, dates, and spelling. We do not edit, correct, or enhance the photos you upload unless explicitly requested and confirmed by our design team. What you provide is what will be printed.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is required in full before production begins on any personalized items. We accept UPI, Net Banking, and major credit/debit cards via secure payment gateways.
4. Copyright and Image Rights
By uploading images to our platform, you confirm that you own the copyright or have the necessary permission to reproduce them. Sekhar Albums will only use your uploaded images for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use your personal images for marketing or advertising without your explicit written consent.
5. Cancellations
Because our products are highly personalized and handcrafted specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started (typically within 12 hours of order placement and layout approval). If you wish to cancel before the layout is approved, please contact our support team immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sekhar Albums shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajamahendravaram, Andhra Pradesh.
