Once your photo upload and notes are submitted at checkout, our Rajamahendravaram design team prepares the digital layout within 24 to 48 hours. Upon digital proof approval, printing and frame assembly takes 1 to 2 business days.
2. All-India Delivery Rates
We offer FREE Express Shipping across India for all orders above ₹1,499. For orders below ₹1,499, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.
Delivery estimated transit times:
- Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: 2 - 3 business days
- South & Central India: 3 - 4 business days
- Rest of India & North East: 4 - 6 business days
3. Transit Safety & Damage Replacement Guarantee
All framed photos and ceramic mugs are packaged with multi-layered shock-absorbing bubble wrap, reinforced corner guards, and heavy corrugated wooden/cardboard casing. In the rare event of transit glass breakage or damage, simply WhatsApp us a video unboxing within 48 hours and we will ship a free replacement immediately.
