How does photo personalization work?
When ordering any photo frame, mug, card, or album, you upload your photograph and optional notes during product selection. Our design team in Rajamahendravaram reviews the resolution, color grades if needed, and creates a layout tailored to your order.
Will I see a preview before printing?
Yes! For wedding invitations, photo albums, and custom frame orders, our design team emails/WhatsApp a digital preview to confirm spellings, layout orientation, and croppings before final printing.
What resolution should my photo be?
Standard smartphone camera photos (3MB or higher) work great. If our design team notices low resolution for a large frame size, we will contact you immediately to request a higher quality copy.
Can I send gifts directly to a recipient in another city?
Absolutely. During checkout, enter the recipient’s address. We will ship the gift box cleanly without invoice prices if requested in personalization notes.
